Shipping & Returns


We ship parts all over the world. We primarily use USPS and FedEx to ship our parts. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We carefully pack your items so they arrive safely. However, if there ever is a problem with an item you've purchased, please contact us so we can make it right. Customer satisfaction is top priority. Please know there is a small handling fee included in all shipping prices.

International Shipping:

We do ship worldwide. International Shipping prices are more expensive, but if you feel the price quote is high, please contact us and we will get you the best rate possible. USPS Flat Rate is still the most cost effective way to ship internationally, but the size and weight of the package will make a difference in cost.

Freight Shipping:

We are happy to accommodate large items, such as frames, engines, or complete bikes, are shipped via freight service. We quote those prices individually.


Used Parts:

In the event we send the wrong item, we will send you a return label to return the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. We warranty our parts (electrical included) to work. We do our best to inspect and test our parts. If you receive a non-functioning part, let us know and we will follow the same process for return. *We do not offer returns for functioning electrical items.

New Parts:

There is a 20% restocking fee on parts in stock and 30% on special ordered parts.


We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We do offer insurance for a small fee. If you would like to insure your item, please make that know upon checkout or when you call.
